All custom work is quoted individually based on factors such as garment type, quantity, artwork, print method, number of colors, print locations, finishing details, timeline, and project needs.
Liveli Design makes every effort to provide accurate information, but website content may be updated, changed, or corrected at any time without notice.
Custom apparel projects may require artwork approval, garment selection, quote approval, payment, and final confirmation before production begins. Once a custom order is approved and production has started, changes, cancellations, or refunds may be limited because each order is made specifically for that project.
If there is ever an issue with an order caused by Liveli Design, I will do my best to make it right. Customers are encouraged to review all proofs, mockups, garment details, colors, quantities, sizes, and timelines carefully before approving production.
Liveli Design may collect information you choose to provide through contact forms, quote requests, email, phone calls, text messages, or other direct communication. This may include your name, phone number, email address, project details, artwork files, garment preferences, order information, and other details needed to respond to your request.
This information is used to answer questions, prepare quotes, communicate about projects, provide customer support, process orders, coordinate delivery or shipping, and complete requested services.
Liveli Design does not sell your personal information. Information you provide is used only for business communication, customer support, quoting, order management, and service-related purposes.
Customers may submit logos, artwork, reference images, design ideas, or other project materials for custom apparel or design work. By submitting artwork or files, you confirm that you have the right to use those materials for your project.
Liveli Design may use submitted artwork and project details only as needed to prepare quotes, create mockups, complete production, provide design support, or communicate about your order.
Some customers prefer receiving support by text message. By opting into text communication, you consent to receive helpful updates and support from Liveli Design, including:

Your mobile opt-in information, phone number, text messaging consent, and text messaging preferences will not be sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
